Inventions - Below is a list of the patents and/or patent applications that I currently own. I am listed as an inventor on many more.
 

JDM/001 - An autonomous book is provided in which light is sensed on the pages of the book. By determining which page, or pair of pages, is receiving the most light, the book can determine what page, or pair of pages, the book is opened to. The book may then play an audio file associated to this location such that a young child may pick a book up, open it, and have it read to them. Patent Publication.

 
JDM/002 - Provides the ability for a cellular phone to securely give location information to your friends. Generally, you define which friends can obtain your location information, the scope of the location information (e.g., city or exact location), and the duration that access is granted for. Location events are also provided such that when your friend enters your hometown, you know it! Patent Publication.
 
JDM/003 - Imagine wearing shoes that will generate enough power to charge your cell phone after a day of walking. Imagine sidewalks and streets that provide power to nearby systems (e.g., street lights) based on impact energy of people walking/driving on that surface. Imagine no more. Patent Publication.
 
JDM/004 - Ladies. Hate not being able to know when your cell phone goes off in your purse? Worry no more. A remote cell phone notification device is provided that lets you know when you have an incoming call (or other cell phone event). As per on example, a clip is provided with a light that can clip onto a purse handle. The light will blink when you have a call. No missed calls. Patent Publication.

JDM/006 - Cooperative defensive robotic tactics for warfare and impact/threat sensing techniques.  Impact sensing armour provides data to autonomous robots.  The robots utilize this data to attack/defend cooperatively and determine what individual robots are suffering the most damage such that the best attack/defense strategies can be determined. JDM/007 - Flexible displays and keyboards for your cell phone! This innovation allows for a fully functional laptop to be housed in a device the size of a cell phone.  When you need a laptop-sized display, simply unroll the display, engage the support structure and voila. When you need a laptop-sized keyboard, simply unroll the keyboard from the device, engage the support structure and voila.  Thus, an entire laptop can be stored in a device the size of a traditional cellular phone. JDM/008 - Augmented Reality game systems are provided.   More particularly, advanced graphics generation tools are provided that can be used to augment an actual environment with "intelligent" virtual indicia. Patent Publication.
 

JDM/009 - Bottle cap containers can come in all shape in sizes.  Above, is a bottle that stores milk and a bottle cap container that stores a large number of cookie sandwiches.  Other combinations can include, for example, water/vitamins, soda/candy, soda/prize, beer/lime slice, water/baby formula, or any other combination.  Smaller cap containers can be fabricated for smaller substances.  Doing so can, for example, allow a larger amount of substance to be stored in the primary bottle.
 

JDM/010 - Dynamic credit cards are provided in which the credit card number changes periodically so that no fraudulent copying of a credit card number can occur.
